GNU B-Pro Snowboard Review; Opening New Worlds For Shredding
The GNU B-Pro Snowboard Is An All Mountain Snowboard. Built specifically to shred all over the resort. The board itself is built to be a Freestyle/Directional Twin. (try saying that out loud 10 times).
When riding the feel of the snowboard is fast, aggressive, and agile. This means it can handle anything thrown its way. That’s the beauty of all mountain boards, no matter where they go, you’ll have fun.
Keep in mind this also a matter of preference, but if you’re an all mountain rider I think you’ll love this snowboard.
The GNU B-Pro is a higher end snowboard, because of that, the cost of it will run a bit higher. Even so, I highly recommend this snowboard, especially if you’re looking for something that will perform in all a conditions. It’s going to be top notch no matter where you shred. (get one a season old for more savings too)
Below I did a breakdown of the GNU B-Pro stats that I’ve put together. Keep in mind, this is an opinion. Let me know what you think of this snowboard.
GNU B-Pro Overall Rankings
- Deep Powder: 3.5
- Turning Feel: 3.5
- Carving Experience: 3.5
- Speed: 4
- Switch Riding: 3
- Pipe: 3
- Jibbing: 3
Aggregate Score: 3.36
I did score the B-Pro a little lower in park features. ? The reason for this generally relates to how stiff the snowboard is.
When riding in the park, generally you’ll want something on the softer side of things. This will give you a little more leeway, but it’s still a personal preference
However, generally speaking mountain boards can go anywhere, and this board has some amazing reviews written about it from actual owners. If you’re an owner please comment below, I’d love to hear your thoughts on it.
Snowboard Review:
- Terrain Types: Resort/All Mountain Riding
- Rider Skill Level: Intermediate/Advanced
- Flex Scale: Medium/Stiff
- ASYM Scale: Core-Sidecut Epic
- MAGNE-TRACTION: YES!!!
- CAMBER: Correct Camber (What Is This?)
In conclusion, the GNU B-Pro is an amazing all mountain snowboard. The price will be a little bit higher than normal, but the performance is worth the added cost.
I’m a huge fan of GNU (can you tell?) and have always loved their snowboards. Don’t forget to subscribe and comment below for more information.
